Diese Stahlprofilelemente werden bei Raumtemperatur durch Walzen und Stanzen automatisch in die gew\u00fcnschte Form gebracht.<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">Der\u00a0LGS\u00a0Rahmen bietet dem Nutzer erhebliche Vorteile in Bezug auf Brandschutz, Gewicht und Haltbarkeit.<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">Im LGS-Bau werden heute Profildicken von etwa 0,5 bis 4,0 mm und Profilbreiten von 63 bis 400 mm verwendet. F\u00fcr den Bau von ein- und mehrgeschossigen Wohngeb\u00e4uden sind Profildicken von 1,0 bis 2,5 mm und Profilbreiten von 90 bis 150 mm \u00fcblich.<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">Die Verbindungen der komplett vorgefertigten und individuell beschrifteten LGS-Profilelemente werden einfach mit selbstschneidenden Schrauben hergestellt. Die Montage erfordert daher lediglich einen Akkuschrauber und erfordert keine spezielle Fachausbildung.<\/p><p>F\u00fcr die Elektro- und Sanit\u00e4rinstallation werden die Stahlprofile bei der Produktion automatisch mit den entsprechenden Durchf\u00fchrungen versehen. Die Freir\u00e4ume zwischen den Profilelementen werden wie beim Holzrahmenbau mit D\u00e4mmstoffen ausgef\u00fcllt.<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">LGS-Konstruktionen haben viele Vorteile gegen\u00fcber Holzrahmenkonstruktionen:<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">Da die Stahlleichtbau Rahmen bei gleicher Festigkeit leichter sind, kann die Montage schneller und mit weniger aufwendigen Hebewerkzeugen durchgef\u00fchrt werden. Die h\u00f6here Festigkeit der Stahlprofile erm\u00f6glicht gr\u00f6\u00dfere Spannweiten sowie gr\u00f6\u00dfere Abst\u00e4nde von 600 mm zwischen den Elementen im Vergleich zur Holzrahmenkonstruktion von 400 oder 500 mm, wodurch die Freiheit f\u00fcr den Architekten erh\u00f6ht und die Montagezeit verk\u00fcrzt wird.<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">Au\u00dferdem ist es bei LGS-Konstruktionen viel einfacher, die Konstruktion w\u00e4hrend ihrer Lebensdauer zu \u00e4ndern oder zu modifizieren.<\/p><p>Weitere Vorteile sind, dass Stahlkonstruktionen nicht wie Holzkonstruktionen verrotten, schrumpfen, sich verziehen oder zersetzen und dass sie in Gebieten verwendet werden k\u00f6nnen, in denen ein Termitenbefall wahrscheinlich ist.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In terms of structure, the&nbsp;LGS&nbsp;construction is similar to the timber frame construction \u2013 thin C-profiles made of galvanized sheet steel are used instead of wooden frame elements.
