Geschichte<\/h2>

Vor der Verwendung von Metallen verwendeten unsere Vorfahren \u00fcber 1,7 Millionen Jahre lang, mehr oder weniger ein paar hunderttausend Jahre lang, Holz und Stein als grundlegende Strukturmaterialien. Gold, Kupfer, Zinn, Blei, Silber, Eisen und Quecksilber waren bis zum 13. Jahrhundert die einzigen sieben bekannten und verwendeten Metalle, und bis zum 17. Jahrhundert wurden nur f\u00fcnf weitere Metalle entdeckt. Heute wissen wir, dass etwa zwei Drittel aller bekannten Elemente Metalle sind [1].<\/p>

Die ersten Eisenprodukte wurden vor fast 6000 Jahren hergestellt und aufgrund der Weichheit des Eisens wurde es als Schmuck statt als Werkzeug und Waffe konsumiert. Um 1200 v. Chr. wurde Eisen karbonisiert, um ein haltbareres Material (Stahl) zu erhalten. Diese Entdeckung brachte bedeutende Ver\u00e4nderungen mit sich und l\u00e4utete den Beginn des Eisenzeitalters ein. Die \u00e4ltesten Stahlprodukte werden in einer arch\u00e4ologischen St\u00e4tte in der T\u00fcrkei (Kaman, Kaleh\u00f6y\u00fck) gefunden [2][3]. Das Wissen \u00fcber die Stahlproduktion verbreitete sich durch Handel oder Krieg \u00fcber ein gro\u00dfes Gebiet mit dem R\u00f6mischen Reich [4]. Der \u00dcbergang vollzog sich langsam, doch schlie\u00dflich ersetzten Produkte aus Guss- und Schmiedeeisen in den meisten Bereichen die Bronze. \u00d6fen wurden wichtiger und Stahl wurde besser. Die fr\u00fchen Schmiede stellten \u00c4xte, Mei\u00dfel, Hacken, Schwerter und andere Werkzeuge von ausgezeichneter Qualit\u00e4t her. Im Jahr 1350 gelang es den Eisenh\u00fctten Mitteleuropas, Eisen in primitiven Hoch\u00f6fen zu schmelzen und zu gie\u00dfen.<\/p>


Die Herstellung komplexer Gegenst\u00e4nde, wie z. B. K\u00f6rperpanzerungen, die aus Hunderten zusammenpassender St\u00fccke geh\u00e4mmerter Platten und Dr\u00e4hte zusammengesetzt waren, erforderte betr\u00e4chtliches K\u00f6nnen und Erfahrung. Der Prozess war sehr arbeitsintensiv, da das H\u00e4mmern stundenlang dauerte. Vom 17. Jahrhundert bis zum Beginn der industriellen Revolution wurde jeder nicht gegossene Gegenstand, von Ziergegenst\u00e4nden bis hin zu Gebrauchsgegenst\u00e4nden, von Hand durch arbeitsintensives Schmieden hergestellt. Nicht viele Menschen konnten sich eigene Metallprodukte leisten [1].<\/p>


W\u00e4hrend der industriellen Revolution im 18. und 19. Jahrhundert wurden viele in der Metallherstellung verwendete Handwerkzeuge nach und nach durch kraftbetriebene Maschinen ersetzt. Eine der bedeutendsten und am wenigsten beachteten Errungenschaften dieser Zeit war der Ersatz der alten Kunst des H\u00e4mmerns (Schmiedens) durch Paare rotierender Walzen, um die Form oder Dicke der Metalle zu ver\u00e4ndern. Das Rollen bei Raumtemperatur ist keine neue Technologie. Das urspr\u00fcngliche Kaltwalzen wurde im 14. Jahrhundert f\u00fcr Gold und Silber eingesetzt. Leonardo da Vinci entwarf 1480 die ersten echten Walzwerke [7].<\/p>

Das Walzen (Kaltumformen) von Stahl bei Raumtemperatur begann im sp\u00e4ten 18. Jahrhundert und wurde im 19. Jahrhundert immer h\u00e4ufiger eingesetzt. Im sp\u00e4ten 19. und 20. Jahrhundert wurde eine gro\u00dfe Vielfalt an warm- und kaltgewalzten Blechen aus Aluminium, Kupfer, Messing, Blei, Zinn, Titan, Zirkonium und Speziallegierungen im Handel erh\u00e4ltlich. Ohne diese gewalzten Flachprodukte w\u00e4re unser heutiger Lebens- und Lebensstandard nicht vorstellbar.<\/p>

Rollformen<\/h2>

Eine allgemeine Beschreibung des Profilwalzens l\u00e4sst sich einfach wie folgt formulieren: \u201eBeim Profilwalzenverfahren biegen paarweise hintereinander angeordnete Profilrollen ein sich bewegendes Metallblech quer und formen daraus ein Produkt mit einem bestimmten Querschnittsprofil.\u201c [5].<\/p>

\"Typical<\/p>

Bei der Rollumformung \u00fcbernimmt eine bestimmte Anzahl gegen\u00fcberliegend angeordneter Wellenpaare mit Rollen, die in der Regel bei jedem Umformdurchgang unterschiedlich sind, die Biegung und bestimmt die Form des verformten Blechs [1].<\/p>

Kaltgeformte Stahlkonstruktionen (CFSS)<\/h2>

In der zweiten H\u00e4lfte des 19. Jahrhunderts wurden tempor\u00e4re und schnelle Bauarbeiten f\u00fcr die Arbeiter in abgelegenen Gebieten bevorzugt. Zu diesem Zweck fanden die Menschen Holzrahmen und gebogene d\u00fcnne Metallbleche, die ihren Bed\u00fcrfnissen entsprachen. Abdeckbleche werden haupts\u00e4chlich aus Eisen hergestellt, das durch kleine Verformungen an der Oberfl\u00e4che verst\u00e4rkt wurde, und werden zum Bau von Schuppen f\u00fcr Wohn- oder Arbeitsr\u00e4ume verwendet. Die \u00e4ltesten Dokumente beziehen sich auf Arbeiter in Nordamerika w\u00e4hrend des Goldrauschs im Jahr 1849. F\u00fcr Arbeiter wurden tragbare Eisenh\u00e4user hergestellt [8].<\/p>

CFSS wurde 1933 auf der Chicago Century of Progress (Weltausstellung) ausgestellt. Diese Art von Struktur wird als \u201eHeimat der Zukunft\u201c gezeigt. Der bedeutendste Erfolg war jedoch der Start eines Forschungsprojekts des American Iron and Steel Institute (AISI). im Jahr 1939. AISI sponserte die Forscher an der Cornell University, was 1946 zur Ver\u00f6ffentlichung der ersten Ausgabe der AISI-Spezifikation f\u00fchrte. [9]<\/p>

Die Reise von CFSS begann mit primitiven Unterst\u00e4nden, doch heute k\u00f6nnen mehrst\u00f6ckige Geb\u00e4ude mit kaltgeformten Stahlrahmen gebaut werden. Als am besten geeignete Geb\u00e4udetypen k\u00f6nnen Schulen, Wohnheime, Hotels, Wohngeb\u00e4ude und Modulbauten aufgef\u00fchrt werden.<\/p>

Die Konstruktion aus kaltgeformtem Stahl (CFS) ist eine praktische Alternative zu Beton- oder herk\u00f6mmlichen Stahlkonstruktionen, vor allem aufgrund ihres h\u00f6heren Festigkeits-\/Gewichtsverh\u00e4ltnisses und der schnelleren Konstruktion. Aufgrund ihres geringeren Gewichts werden CFS-Wohn- und Gewerbegeb\u00e4ude im Vergleich zu Beton- und herk\u00f6mmlichen Stahlgeb\u00e4uden in Regionen mit Erdbebenrisiko zu effizienteren Alternativen. Wandpaneele aus CFS-Rahmen, die ein- oder beidseitig mit Stahl- oder Holzplatten ummantelt sind, werden h\u00e4ufig als seitliche Lastaufnahmeelemente in kaltgeformten Stahlkonstruktionen verwendet, die insbesondere in Regionen mit geringem und mittlerem Erdbebenrisiko errichtet werden. Der Rahmen dieser Wandpaneele umfasst obere und untere Schienen, die entweder mit Schrauben oder Nieten an vertikalen Pfosten befestigt sind. Die Schienen und Bolzen bestehen \u00fcblicherweise aus C-f\u00f6rmigen CFS-Profilen [10].<\/p>
