Unterkunft<\/h2>

Die kaltgeformten Stahlprofile dienen in erster Linie der Unterbringung. Seit dem sp\u00e4ten 19. Jahrhundert nutzen Menschen Lichtrahmenkonstruktionen. In der Geschichte der Rahmenindustrie gibt es zwei bedeutende Spr\u00fcnge. Das eine ist der Goldrausch, das andere der Zweite Weltkrieg [1]. Diese beiden Vorf\u00e4lle haben die Nachfrage erh\u00f6ht. Die h\u00e4ufigste Anwendung ist der Bau mittelgro\u00dfer Geb\u00e4ude f\u00fcr Wohngeb\u00e4ude, Schulen und Krankenh\u00e4user. Produktionsgeschwindigkeit und k\u00fcrzere Montagedauer sind die Gr\u00fcnde f\u00fcr die Pr\u00e4ferenz.<\/p>

Einige der Hauptvorteile k\u00f6nnen wie folgt aufgef\u00fchrt werden:
\u2013 Weniger Stahlverbrauch pro Fl\u00e4cheneinheit.
\u2013 M\u00fchelose Kontrolle der Qualit\u00e4t der Produktion.
\u2013 K\u00fcrzere Aufbauzeit.
\u2013 H\u00f6heres Verh\u00e4ltnis von Festigkeit zu Stahlverbrauch.[2]<\/p>

Industriell<\/h2>

Stahl gilt als das kosteng\u00fcnstigste Material f\u00fcr Industriebauten [3]. Kaltgeformte Stahlprofile k\u00f6nnen als Tr\u00e4ger f\u00fcr Spannweiten bis 30-35 m verwendet werden. Neben Fachwerktr\u00e4gern mit gro\u00dfer Spannweite ist es auch m\u00f6glich, Lagerhallen mit kurzen Spannweiten zu bauen. Das entscheidende Problem in Industriegeb\u00e4uden ist die Beachtung der Aussteifungsbedingungen, da Profile in kaltgeformten Stahlkonstruktionen schlank sind und anf\u00e4llig f\u00fcr Knickungen auf globaler und lokaler Ebene sind.<\/p>

Neben den Hauptkonstruktionselementen k\u00f6nnen d\u00fcnnwandige Elemente als Sekund\u00e4rprofile in Industriegeb\u00e4uden verwendet werden, beispielsweise als Pfetten, Gurte und Giebelw\u00e4nde.<\/p>

Solarenergie<\/h2>

C-, Z- und Omega-Profile (Hut) sind in Solarkonstruktionen aus Stahl beliebt. Design- und Produktionsprozesse k\u00f6nnen mit vollautomatischen Rollformmaschinen beschleunigt werden. Solarkraftwerke sind rauen atmosph\u00e4rischen Bedingungen ausgesetzt. Kaltgeformte Stahlelemente eignen sich f\u00fcr feuerverzinkte Profile und eignen sich m\u00f6glicherweise am besten f\u00fcr Konstruktionen mit dauerhaft zur Luft offenen Bauteilen. Die Dicke reicht von 0,8 mm bis 4,0 mm und deckt die \u00fcblichen Anforderungen an die Struktur von Solarkraftwerken ab.<\/p>
