Um die Festigkeit zu erh\u00f6hen, k\u00f6nnen verschiedene Ummantelungsmaterialien verwendet werden, in den letzten Jahren werden jedoch h\u00e4ufig auch Holzwerkstoffe und Gipsplatten verwendet.<\/p><p>CFS-Rahmen f\u00fcr Wandpaneele k\u00f6nnen entweder vor Ort vorbereitet oder im Werk vorgefertigt werden. F\u00fcr den Entwurf und die Herstellung von CFSF-Geb\u00e4uden werden h\u00e4ufig Computerprogramme eingesetzt. Typisches CFS-Framing<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die am h\u00e4ufigsten f\u00fcr CFSF-Geb\u00e4ude verwendete Fundamentform ist ein Flo\u00dffundament \u00e4hnlich dem in Abb. 1.2 dargestellten. Nach der Herstellung des Fundaments wurden die montierten Wandrahmen \u00fcber Zug- und Schubverbinder mit der Fundamentplatte verbunden. Verbindung zwischen Wandpaneel und Fundament<\/p><p>Das Anbringen der Verkleidungsplatten beginnt in der Regel, nachdem alle Rahmen aus kaltgeformtem Stahl (CFS) in Position gebracht wurden. Die meisten Schalungsplatten, die in CFSF-Konstruktionen (Cold-Formed Steel Framed) verwendet werden, weisen in zwei orthogonalen Richtungen unterschiedliche Schubsteifigkeiten auf. Daher h\u00e4ngt die Scherfestigkeit der CFS-Wandpaneele davon ab, ob die Schalungsplatten in horizontaler oder vertikaler Ausrichtung auf CFS-Rahmen befestigt wurden. Ein Beispiel f\u00fcr mit Oriented Strand Board (OSB) ummantelte Platten in vertikaler Ausrichtung ist in Abb. 4 dargestellt.
