Verbindungstypen<\/span><\/h2>

Bei kaltgeformten Stahlverbindungen werden im Allgemeinen Schwei\u00dfn\u00e4hte, Bolzen, Kaltnieten, Schrauben, kraftbet\u00e4tigte Verbindungselemente und andere spezielle Vorrichtungen wie Metalln\u00e4hte und Klebstoffe verwendet. Die nordamerikanische AISI-Spezifikation enth\u00e4lt in Kapitel J Bestimmungen f\u00fcr geschwei\u00dfte, geschraubte, schraubbare und kraftbet\u00e4tigte Verbindungselemente, die am h\u00e4ufigsten verwendet werden [1]. Doch an der Basis bestehen kaltgeformte Stahlkonstruktionen aus Mikrostrukturen, die als Paneele bezeichnet werden. Diese Paneele bestehen aus einzelnen, miteinander verbundenen Profilen. Die gebr\u00e4uchlichste Art, die Profile zu einem kaltgeformten Stahlpaneel zu verbinden, ist die Verwendung von Schrauben oder Nieten.<\/p>

Im Vergleich zu warmgewalzten Profilen wird das Verhalten von Verbindungen in kaltgeformten Stahlelementen durch die geringere Steifigkeit d\u00fcnner W\u00e4nde beeinflusst. Daher sind zus\u00e4tzliche Effekte beispielsweise das Kippen (Abb.1) des Befestigungselements bei Lochlagerversagen unter der Scherverformung des Blechs, wenn das Befestigungselement auf Zug belastet wird und das Blech \u00fcber den Kopf des Befestigungselements gezogen wird. Aus diesem Grund wurden f\u00fcr kaltumgeformte Stahlkonstruktionen spezielle Technologien und entsprechende Entwurfsverfahren entwickelt, entweder durch Berechnung oder durch Berechnung mit Hilfe von Versuchen [2]. Die Versagensarten von Schraubverbindungen unter Scherung \u00e4hneln im Allgemeinen denen normaler Schraubverbindungen aus warmgewalztem Stahl. Aufgrund der Tatsache, dass die verbundenen Materialien normalerweise d\u00fcnn sind (oder zumindest eines der verbundenen Teile d\u00fcnn ist), kommt es in der Regel nicht zu einem Scherversagen. Tragen, Ziehen, Rei\u00dfen und\/oder Scheren des durch Schrauben verbundenen Materials und Arbeiten unter Scherung sind m\u00f6gliche Ausfallarten.<\/p>

Bei der klassischen Methode kreuzen sich Prim\u00e4rprofile in C-Form mit Lippen mit einem C-Abschnitt oder einer Schiene ohne Lippen an beiden Flanschen (Abb. 2). F\u00fcr einen Flansch sollte mindestens eine Schraube oder Niete verwendet werden. In einigen F\u00e4llen kann die Schraubenmenge erh\u00f6ht werden, wenn mehr Festigkeit erforderlich ist.
