Sie sind jedoch nicht der einzige Parameter, der die Abmessungen des Fundaments bestimmt. Klimatische Bedingungen und die Art der Anwendung w\u00e4ren ein weiterer Parameter.<\/p><p>Wenn in der Region Temperaturen unter Minusgraden herrschen, ist das Fundament als Strukturfundament auszuf\u00fchren. Aufgrund der kalten Temperaturen kann der Beton gefrieren und zu m\u00f6glichen Rissen f\u00fchren. Die meisten Bauvorschriften legen eine Tiefe unter dem eingeebneten Boden fest, um den Fundamentsockel vor K\u00e4lte zu sch\u00fctzen. Zus\u00e4tzlich zur Tiefe der Betonplatte ist in den meisten F\u00e4llen auch eine Isolierung gegen K\u00e4lte erforderlich. Eine Beispielschnittzeichnung ist in Abbildung 1 dargestellt. Strukturelle Fundamente k\u00f6nnen unter allen Bedingungen verwendet werden, auch in extrem kalten Regionen. Vertikale und horizontale Elemente sind voneinander getrennt und weisen in den meisten F\u00e4llen unterschiedliche H\u00f6hen auf. Daher ist es einfach, Platz f\u00fcr andere Ger\u00e4te wie Sanit\u00e4r- oder Elektroger\u00e4te zu finden.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6851 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/arkitechglobal.com\/media\/uploads\/2023\/09\/Figure-1.General-insulation-detail-for-the-structural-foundation.-SEIASCE-32-01.jpg\" alt=\"General insulation detail for the structural foundation. Allgemeines Isolationsdetail f\u00fcr das Strukturfundament. SEI\/ASCE 32-01 [1]<\/p><p>Eine weitere g\u00e4ngige Methode f\u00fcr das Fundament ist der Bau von Betonplatten auf ebenem Untergrund. Diese Art der Gr\u00fcndung kann kosteng\u00fcnstiger sein, wenn Folgendes ber\u00fccksichtigt wird:<\/p><p>\u2013\u00a0 W\u00e4rmeres Klima. In w\u00e4rmeren Klimazonen, wo die Frostgrenzen niedrig sind.<\/p><p>\u2013 Keine Rohrleitungen oder Rohre unterhalb des Fundaments.<\/p><p>\u2013 Kein Keller in den architektonischen Pl\u00e4nen.<\/p><p>Die Dicke des Fundaments kann gem\u00e4\u00df den Konstruktionsvorschriften berechnet werden. Die Plattendicke kann jedoch je nach Wandposition und Belastung variieren.<\/p><p>Plattenfundamente sind leicht zu bearbeiten; Allerdings kann es eine Herausforderung sein, das Fundament vor der K\u00e4lte zu sch\u00fctzen. ASCE 32-01 enth\u00e4lt Einzelheiten zum Schutz (Abbildung 2). Neben dem Schutz des Fundaments vor Frost gibt es f\u00fcr den Planer bei dieser Art von Fundament noch weitere m\u00f6gliche Probleme. Das direkte Gie\u00dfen des Betons auf den Boden ohne jegliche Schalung durch den Menschen kann zu Fehlern in der Betondicke f\u00fchren, was mit der Zeit zu einer gewissen Setzung des Bodens f\u00fchrt. Ein weiteres Problem sind \u00dcberschwemmungen.
