Eines davon ist das in AISI S240 definierte Fachwerk. Diese Fachwerktr\u00e4ger werden \u00fcber die Stege des Abschnitts verbunden. Die zweite M\u00f6glichkeit ist die Verbindung \u00fcber ihre Flansche. Der erste Fachwerktyp wird bei AISI definiert und gef\u00fchrt. Der andere Fachwerktyp (in Abbildung 1) ist jedoch in keiner Norm direkt definiert. Trotz weniger Anleitung werden Flanschbinder in der Wirtschaft h\u00e4ufig verwendet.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-7211 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/arkitechglobal.com\/media\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Figure-1-Flange-Type-Truss.jpg\" alt=\"Abbildung 1. Flanschtyp-Fachwerk<\/p><h2>Strukturmodelle<\/h2><p>Aufgrund von Fertigungstechniken und engen Fugenr\u00e4umen kommt es zu Exzentrizit\u00e4ten, die zus\u00e4tzliche Biegemomente und Effekte zweiter Ordnung erzeugen. AISI S240 spezifiziert nicht die Verwendung eines Strukturanalysemodells mit mehreren oder einzelnen Knoten, um die Auswirkungen der Exzentrizit\u00e4t in Verbindungen zu ber\u00fccksichtigen. Die Fachwerksteifigkeit h\u00e4ngt davon ab, ob eine Analyse mit mehreren oder einem einzelnen Knoten durchgef\u00fchrt wird. Fachwerk mit einem Knoten und Fachwerk mit zwei Knoten<\/p><p>Basierend auf einer aktuellen Studie von E. Baran und C. Dizdar zu Flanschfachwerken zeigt sich, dass diese Exzentrizit\u00e4t die Fachwerksteifigkeit verringert. Wenn jedoch vier oder mehr Schrauben in den Verbindungen verwendet werden, ist kein signifikanter Unterschied in der Steifigkeit bei geringer Belastung zu beobachten. Beispielsweise kann das Strukturmodell mit einem einzigen Knoten erstellt werden, es kann jedoch auch f\u00fcr Bodenbalken mit einer lichten Spannweite von bis zu 5 oder 6 Metern in Wohngeb\u00e4uden verwendet werden. Bei komplizierten Fachwerkformen oder gro\u00dfen Spannweiten (6 m oder mehr) sollte die Auswertung mit mehreren Knotenmodellen erfolgen.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-7213 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/arkitechglobal.com\/media\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Figure-3-Flange-Type-Truss-Test-Results-Using-C-Shape-Thickness-is-1.2-mm.jpg\" alt=\"Abbildung 3. Testergebnisse f\u00fcr Flansch-Fachwerk mit C-Form. Die Dicke betr\u00e4gt 1,2 mm<\/p><p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus kommt es zu einer weiteren Verformung der Gelenke. Akkordelemente werden an den Verbindungsstellen einem Lippenschnitt unterzogen, wodurch der Lippenteil des Abschnitts entfernt wird und Diagonalen in die Akkorde passen. Dieser Vorgang f\u00fchrt nat\u00fcrlich zu einer Verringerung der Festigkeit der Akkordglieder. Dieser Vorgang wird jedoch lokal angewendet und f\u00fchrt zu einem komplizierteren Mechanismus bei Verbindungen. Die Festigkeitspr\u00fcfung kann mit der Formel AISI S100 H1-2-1 mit Gurtelement mit Lippen unter Verwendung von mindestens 4 Schrauben durchgef\u00fchrt werden. Durch die Verwendung zus\u00e4tzlicher Schrauben an Gurten ohne Lippen wird die Verformung des Gurtflansches aus der Ebene begrenzt.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-7214 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/arkitechglobal.com\/media\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Figure-4-Extra-Screw-Effect-on-Ultimate-Strength-of-Chord.jpg\" alt=\"Abbildung 4.
