En este m\u00e9todo, el montaje final se realiza en el sitio. En la Figura 1 [3] se ilustra un ensamblaje de muro de muestra que fue probado en muchos aspectos (estructural, t\u00e9rmico, ac\u00fastico) por diferentes investigadores. Las cargas verticales se transmiten a trav\u00e9s de las vigas del piso y los montantes de la pared. Montaje de pared de muestra [3]\u00a0<\/p><p>Los miembros conformados en fr\u00edo y las l\u00e1minas perfiladas son productos de acero a partir de tiras planas o bobinas laminadas en fr\u00edo o en caliente, recubiertas o sin recubrir. Tienen una secci\u00f3n transversal constante o variable dentro del rango aceptable de tolerancias. Los miembros estructurales formados en fr\u00edo se pueden clasificar en dos grupos. Uno son los miembros individuales, como montantes, viguetas, etc. (Figura 2). Secciones conformadas en fr\u00edo t\u00edpicas para cubiertas<\/p><p>En la mayor\u00eda de las aplicaciones, los dise\u00f1adores eligen la secci\u00f3n abierta, las alturas de 50-70 mm a 350-400 mm con espesores de 0,7 mm a 6,0 mm. Para cubiertas, los espesores de secci\u00f3n pueden disminuir a 0,3 mm. Los sistemas h\u00edbridos (combinados con elementos de acero conformados en fr\u00edo con secciones de acero laminado en caliente) tambi\u00e9n son una opci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica para superar los problemas derivados de las irregularidades del sistema estructural. Sin embargo, si los planos arquitect\u00f3nicos, los vol\u00famenes y las dimensiones son adecuados, es posible dise\u00f1ar toda la estructura sin utilizar ning\u00fan otro elemento estructural.<\/p><p><br \/>Los miembros de acero conformados en fr\u00edo est\u00e1n conectados entre s\u00ed con tornillos, remaches y pernos. Debido a su flexibilidad de uso, es sencillo establecer conexiones desde cada parte de la secci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s de las conexiones de acero con acero, las superficies planas de las secciones de acero son adecuadas para conectarse a material de revestimiento como OSB y placas de yeso que proporcionan una rigidez significativa [4].<br \/>Para aumentar la rigidez de las secciones y l\u00e1minas formadas en fr\u00edo, se utilizan refuerzos de borde e intermedios. El rigidizador de una secci\u00f3n.<\/p><h2>Comportamiento estructural<\/h2><p>Las secciones de acero conformado en fr\u00edo son generalmente delgadas y partes de las secciones son relativamente largas en comparaci\u00f3n con su espesor. Las relaciones entre el espesor y el largo de la porci\u00f3n o entre el ancho y el largo de la porci\u00f3n est\u00e1n limitadas en los c\u00f3digos para usar f\u00f3rmulas relacionadas dadas en el c\u00f3digo. Porciones t\u00edpicas de secci\u00f3n abierta<\/p><p>La estabilidad de la secci\u00f3n transversal es una preocupaci\u00f3n importante para las secciones conformadas en fr\u00edo. Estas formas pueden considerarse secciones \"delgadas\" o \"no compactas\", lo que significa que cualquier fibra de la secci\u00f3n puede no alcanzar el l\u00edmite el\u00e1stico bajo una carga espec\u00edfica antes de pandearse local o globalmente. Adem\u00e1s, para miembros de paredes delgadas, es posible ver al menos pandeo local incluso si la secci\u00f3n est\u00e1 completamente arriostrada contra la torsi\u00f3n o el desplazamiento lateral. Por lo tanto, se presta especial atenci\u00f3n a los casos de pandeo en el dise\u00f1o de secciones de paredes delgadas. Hay un par de modos de pandeo que prevalecen en las estructuras de paredes delgadas. Principalmente, los casos son pandeo local, distorsionado y global. En algunos casos excepcionales, se debe evaluar el pandeo por cortante y el aplastamiento del alma para determinar la estabilidad de la secci\u00f3n [7].<\/p><p>Hasta finales de la d\u00e9cada de 1970, es un m\u00e9todo de c\u00e1lculo est\u00e1ndar utilizar el m\u00e9todo de ancho efectivo de Winter [8]. En 1978, Hancock [9][7] propuso utilizar una curva caracter\u00edstica, que ilustra los modos de pandeo relacionados con la longitud de la barra. Se construye un gr\u00e1fico con el c\u00e1lculo de las tensiones cr\u00edticas de pandeo para cada longitud. Los m\u00ednimos del gr\u00e1fico definen un caso espec\u00edfico de pandeo. Principalmente, las partes m\u00e1s grandes de la secci\u00f3n se mueven fuera del plano y las esquinas de la secci\u00f3n permanecen (Punto A en la Fig. 6). Cuando se aumenta la longitud, la tensi\u00f3n tiende a aumentar y luego a disminuir. El gr\u00e1fico vuelve a dar un m\u00ednimo para una cierta longitud y se produce un pandeo distorsionado en la longitud correspondiente. Generalmente, las partes que tienen refuerzo, se mueven fuera del plano totalmente (Punto B en la Fig. 6). Gr\u00e1fico t\u00edpico de una curva caracter\u00edstica de una secci\u00f3n de paredes delgadas<\/p><p>En la pr\u00e1ctica com\u00fan, los miembros est\u00e1n conectados entre s\u00ed por sus partes esbeltas. Como ejemplo, las vigas en forma de C se pueden asentar sobre un miembro r\u00edgido. En ese caso, la red puede estar sujeta a pandeo localmente, lo que se denomina \"paralizaci\u00f3n de la red\". La mutilaci\u00f3n del alma puede ser un problema cr\u00edtico en las estructuras de acero conformado en fr\u00edo porque esta acci\u00f3n crea un soporte blando y d\u00e9bil para el elemento [1].<\/p><p><br \/>Los montantes y las vigas generalmente se usan con orificios en su alma y alas. Los efectos de los orificios para pernos y tornillos son menores, pero los orificios para el paso de servicios como electricidad, plomer\u00eda o similares afectan la rigidez [10].
