Alojamiento<\/h2>

El prop\u00f3sito principal de los perfiles de acero conformados en fr\u00edo es el alojamiento. La gente ha estado usando estructuras de marco ligero desde finales del siglo XIX. Hay dos saltos significativos en la historia de la industria del enmarcado. Uno es la fiebre del oro, y el otro es la segunda guerra mundial [1]. Estos dos incidentes han elevado la demanda. La aplicaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s com\u00fan es la construcci\u00f3n de edificios de mediana altura para edificios residenciales, escuelas y hospitales. Algunas de las principales ventajas se pueden enumerar a continuaci\u00f3n:
\u2013 Menor consumo de acero por unidad de superficie.
\u2013 Control sin esfuerzo de la calidad de la producci\u00f3n.
\u2013 Menor tiempo de erecci\u00f3n.
\u2013 Mayor relaci\u00f3n Resistencia \/ Consumo de acero.[2]<\/p>

Industrial<\/h2>

El acero puede considerarse el material m\u00e1s rentable para estructuras industriales [3]. Los perfiles de acero conformados en fr\u00edo se pueden utilizar como cerchas para luces de hasta 30-35 m. Adem\u00e1s de los trusses de luces largas, es posible construir almacenes que tengan luces cortas. El problema cr\u00edtico en los edificios industriales es prestar atenci\u00f3n a las condiciones de arriostramiento porque los perfiles son delgados en las estructuras de acero conformado en fr\u00edo y son susceptibles de pandearse global y localmente.<\/p>

Adem\u00e1s de los elementos estructurales principales, los miembros de paredes delgadas se pueden usar como perfiles secundarios en edificios industriales, como correas, vigas y muros a dos aguas.<\/p>

Energ\u00eda solar<\/h2>

Las secciones C, Z y omega (sombrero) son populares en las estructuras solares de acero. Los procesos de dise\u00f1o y producci\u00f3n pueden acelerarse con m\u00e1quinas formadoras de rollos totalmente automatizadas. Las plantas de energ\u00eda solar est\u00e1n sujetas a duras condiciones atmosf\u00e9ricas. Los elementos de acero conformados en fr\u00edo son adecuados para perfiles galvanizados en caliente y pueden ser la mejor combinaci\u00f3n para estructuras con elementos abiertos al aire de forma permanente. Rango de espesor de 0,8 mm a 4,0 mm, cubriendo los requisitos regulares de las estructuras de las plantas de energ\u00eda solar.<\/p>
