Se pueden usar varios materiales de revestimiento para lograr resistencia, pero en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os se utilizan ampliamente materiales a base de madera y paneles de yeso.<\/p><p>Los marcos CFS para paneles de pared se pueden preparar in situ o prefabricarse en f\u00e1brica. Los programas inform\u00e1ticos se utilizan ampliamente para el dise\u00f1o y la fabricaci\u00f3n de edificios CFSF. Encuadre t\u00edpico del CFS<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">La forma m\u00e1s com\u00fan de cimentaci\u00f3n utilizada para los edificios CFSF es una cimentaci\u00f3n de balsa similar a la que se muestra en la Fig. 1.2. Despu\u00e9s de la construcci\u00f3n de los cimientos, los marcos de pared ensamblados se conectaron a la losa de cimientos mediante conectores de tensi\u00f3n y corte. Conexi\u00f3n del panel de pared a los cimientos<\/p><p>La aplicaci\u00f3n de los paneles de revestimiento generalmente comienza despu\u00e9s de que todos los marcos de acero conformado en fr\u00edo (CFS) se hayan colocado en su posici\u00f3n. La mayor\u00eda de los paneles de revestimiento utilizados en la construcci\u00f3n con marco de acero conformado en fr\u00edo (CFSF) tienen diferente rigidez al corte en dos direcciones ortogonales. Por lo tanto, la resistencia al corte de los paneles de pared CFS depende de si los paneles de revestimiento se fijaron a los marcos CFS en orientaci\u00f3n horizontal o vertical. En la Fig. 4 se muestra un ejemplo de paneles revestidos de tableros de fibra orientada (OSB) colocados en orientaci\u00f3n vertical.
