Uno de ellos es el truss definido en AISI S240. Estos miembros de la armadura est\u00e1n conectados desde las almas de la secci\u00f3n. El segundo es la conexi\u00f3n desde sus bridas. El primer tipo de truss est\u00e1 definido y guiado en AISI. Sin embargo, el otro tipo de truss (en la Figura 1) no est\u00e1 definido directamente en ninguna norma. Armaz\u00f3n tipo brida<\/p><h2>Modelos estructurales<\/h2><p>Debido a las t\u00e9cnicas de fabricaci\u00f3n y a los espacios estrechos en las uniones, se producen excentricidades que crean momentos de flexi\u00f3n adicionales y efectos de segundo orden. AISI S240 no especifica el uso de un modelo de an\u00e1lisis estructural de nodo \u00fanico o m\u00faltiple para tener en cuenta los efectos de la excentricidad en las juntas. La rigidez de la armadura diferir\u00e1 seg\u00fan se realice un an\u00e1lisis de nodo \u00fanico o m\u00faltiple. Armaz\u00f3n de un solo nodo y armaz\u00f3n de dos nodos<\/p><p>Basado en un estudio reciente sobre armaduras tipo brida realizado por E.Baran y C.Dizdar, se muestra que esta excentricidad disminuye la rigidez de la armadura. Sin embargo, si se utilizan cuatro o m\u00e1s tornillos en las uniones, no se observa ninguna diferencia significativa en t\u00e9rminos de rigidez ante cargas de bajo nivel. Por ejemplo, el modelo estructural se puede construir con un solo nodo, pero se puede utilizar en vigas de piso de hasta 5 o 6 metros de luz libre en edificios residenciales. Los miembros de las cuerdas se someten a un corte de labio en las uniones, lo que elimina la parte del labio de la secci\u00f3n y las diagonales pueden caber dentro de las cuerdas. Esta operaci\u00f3n, naturalmente, da como resultado una reducci\u00f3n de la fuerza en los miembros del cord\u00f3n. Sin embargo, esta operaci\u00f3n se aplica localmente y crea un mecanismo m\u00e1s complicado en las conexiones. La comprobaci\u00f3n de resistencia se podr\u00e1 realizar utilizando la f\u00f3rmula AISI S100 H1-2-1 con elemento de cuerda con labios utilizando un m\u00ednimo de 4 tornillos.
