Ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments en profil\u00e9s d'acier sont fabriqu\u00e9s automatiquement \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante dans la forme souhait\u00e9e par laminage et poin\u00e7onnage.<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">Le cadre <strong>LGS<\/strong>\u00a0offre \u00e0 l'utilisateur des avantages significatifs en termes de protection contre l'incendie, de poids et de durabilit\u00e9.<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">Dans la construction de b\u00e2timents r\u00e9sidentiels \u00e0 un ou plusieurs \u00e9tages, on utilise aujourd'hui des \u00e9paisseurs de profil\u00e9s d'environ 0,5 \u00e0 4,0 mm et des largeurs de profil\u00e9s de 63 \u00e0 400 mm. Pour la construction de b\u00e2timents r\u00e9sidentiels \u00e0 un ou plusieurs \u00e9tages, on utilise g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des \u00e9paisseurs de profil\u00e9s de 1,0 \u00e0 2,5 mm et des largeurs de profil\u00e9s de 90 \u00e0 150 mm.<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de profil\u00e9s <strong>LGS<\/strong> enti\u00e8rement pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9s et \u00e9tiquet\u00e9s individuellement se raccordent simplement \u00e0 l'aide de vis autotaraudeuses. Le montage ne n\u00e9cessite donc qu'une visseuse sans fil et ne requiert aucune formation professionnelle particuli\u00e8re.<\/p><p>Pour l'installation \u00e9lectrique et sanitaire, les profil\u00e9s en acier sont dot\u00e9s de douilles adapt\u00e9es lors de la fabrication. Les interstices entre les \u00e9l\u00e9ments profil\u00e9s sont remplis de mat\u00e9riaux isolants, comme c'est le cas dans la construction \u00e0 ossature bois.<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">Les constructions <strong>LGS<\/strong> pr\u00e9sentent de nombreux avantages par rapport aux constructions \u00e0 ossature bois\u00a0:<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">Les cadres <strong>LGS<\/strong> \u00e9tant plus l\u00e9gers pour une r\u00e9sistance \u00e9gale, le montage peut \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 plus rapidement et avec des outils de levage moins co\u00fbteux.
