Dans cette m\u00e9thode, l'assemblage final est effectu\u00e9 sur le site. Un exemple d'assemblage de mur test\u00e9 sous de nombreux aspects (structurel, thermique, acoustique) par diff\u00e9rents chercheurs est illustr\u00e9 dans la figure 1 [3]. Les charges verticales sont support\u00e9es par les solives de plancher et les poteaux muraux. Exemple d'assemblage de mur [3]\u00a0<\/p><p>Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments form\u00e9s \u00e0 froid et les t\u00f4les profil\u00e9es sont des produits en acier fabriqu\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de bandes ou de bobines plates lamin\u00e9es \u00e0 chaud ou \u00e0 froid, rev\u00eatues ou non. Ils ont une section transversale constante ou variable dans la plage de tol\u00e9rances acceptable. Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de structure form\u00e9s \u00e0 froid peuvent \u00eatre class\u00e9s en deux groupes. Le premier groupe comprend les \u00e9l\u00e9ments individuels, tels que les goujons, les poutrelles, etc. (Figure 2). Sections typiques form\u00e9es \u00e0 froid pour terrasses<\/p><p>Dans la plupart des applications, les concepteurs choisissent des sections ouvertes, des hauteurs de 50-70 mm \u00e0 350-400 mm et des \u00e9paisseurs de 0,7 mm \u00e0 6,0 mm. Pour les terrasses, les \u00e9paisseurs de section peuvent diminuer jusqu'\u00e0 0,3 mm. Les syst\u00e8mes hybrides (combin\u00e9s avec des \u00e9l\u00e9ments en acier form\u00e9s \u00e0 froid et des sections en acier lamin\u00e9es \u00e0 chaud) sont \u00e9galement une option pratique pour surmonter les probl\u00e8mes r\u00e9sultant des irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9s du syst\u00e8me structurel. Cependant, si les plans architecturaux, les volumes et les dimensions sont adapt\u00e9s, il est possible de concevoir l'ensemble de la structure sans utiliser aucun autre \u00e9l\u00e9ment structurel.<\/p><p><br \/>Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments en acier form\u00e9s \u00e0 froid sont reli\u00e9s entre eux par des vis, des rivets et des boulons. En raison de sa flexibilit\u00e9 d'utilisation, il est simple d'\u00e9tablir des connexions \u00e0 partir de chaque partie de la section. Outre les connexions acier-acier, les surfaces planes des sections en acier peuvent \u00eatre reli\u00e9es \u00e0 des mat\u00e9riaux de rev\u00eatement tels que les panneaux OSB et les plaques de pl\u00e2tre qui offrent une rigidit\u00e9 importante [4].<br \/>Pour augmenter la rigidit\u00e9 des profil\u00e9s et t\u00f4les form\u00e9s \u00e0 froid, on utilise des raidisseurs de bord et interm\u00e9diaires. Le raidisseur d'une section<\/p><h2>Comportement structurel<\/h2><p>Les sections en acier form\u00e9es \u00e0 froid sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement minces et certaines parties des sections sont relativement longues par rapport \u00e0 leur \u00e9paisseur. Les rapports \u00e9paisseur\/longueur de la section ou largeur\/longueur de la section sont limit\u00e9s dans les codes \u00e0 l'utilisation des formules correspondantes donn\u00e9es dans le code. Portions typiques \u00e0 section ouverte<\/p><p>La stabilit\u00e9 de la section transversale est une pr\u00e9occupation importante pour les sections form\u00e9es \u00e0 froid. Ces formes peuvent \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme des sections \u00ab minces \u00bb ou \u00ab non compactes \u00bb, ce qui signifie qu'aucune fibre de la section ne peut atteindre la limite d'\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 sous une charge sp\u00e9cifique avant de flamber localement ou globalement. De plus, pour les \u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00e0 parois minces, il est possible d'observer au moins un flambement local m\u00eame si la section est enti\u00e8rement contrevent\u00e9e contre la torsion ou le d\u00e9placement lat\u00e9ral. Ainsi, les cas de flambement font l'objet d'une attention particuli\u00e8re lors de la conception des sections \u00e0 parois minces. Il existe plusieurs modes de flambement pr\u00e9valents pour les structures \u00e0 parois minces. Il s'agit principalement de flambement local, par distorsion et global. Pour certains cas exceptionnels, le flambement par cisaillement et le fl\u00e9chissement de l'\u00e2me doivent \u00eatre \u00e9valu\u00e9s pour la stabilit\u00e9 de la section [7].<\/p><p>Jusqu'\u00e0 la fin des ann\u00e9es 1970, la m\u00e9thode de largeur effective de Winter [8] \u00e9tait une m\u00e9thode de calcul standard. En 1978, Hancock [9][7] a propos\u00e9 d'utiliser une courbe de signature, qui illustre les modes de flambage li\u00e9s \u00e0 la longueur de l'\u00e9l\u00e9ment. Un graphique est construit avec le calcul des contraintes de flambage critiques pour chaque longueur. Les minima du graphique d\u00e9finissent un cas de flambage sp\u00e9cifique. Tout d'abord, les plus grandes parties de la section sortent du plan et les coins de la section restent (point A sur la figure 6). Lorsque la longueur augmente, la contrainte a tendance \u00e0 augmenter puis \u00e0 diminuer. Le graphique donne \u00e0 nouveau un minima pour une certaine longueur, et un flambage par distorsion se produit dans la longueur correspondante. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, les parties comportant des raidisseurs sortent totalement du plan (point B sur la figure 6). Par exemple, des poutres en forme de C peuvent \u00eatre pos\u00e9es sur un \u00e9l\u00e9ment rigide. Dans ce cas, l'\u00e2me peut \u00eatre soumise \u00e0 un flambage local, appel\u00e9 \u00ab \u00e9crasement de l'\u00e2me \u00bb. L'\u00e9crasement de l'\u00e2me peut \u00eatre un probl\u00e8me critique dans les structures en acier form\u00e9es \u00e0 froid, car cette action cr\u00e9e un support mou et faible pour l'\u00e9l\u00e9ment [1].<\/p><p><br \/>Les goujons et les poutres sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utilis\u00e9s avec des trous sur leur \u00e2me et leurs brides. Les effets des trous pour les boulons et les vis sont mineurs, mais les trous pour le passage des services publics tels que l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, la plomberie ou autres affectent la rigidit\u00e9 [10].
