H\u00e9bergement<\/h2>

Les profil\u00e9s en acier form\u00e9s \u00e0 froid sont principalement destin\u00e9s \u00e0 l'h\u00e9bergement. Les gens utilisent des structures \u00e0 ossature l\u00e9g\u00e8re depuis la fin des ann\u00e9es 1800. L'histoire de l'industrie de la charpente a connu deux sauts importants. L'un est la ru\u00e9e vers l'or et l'autre la Seconde Guerre mondiale [1]. Ces deux incidents ont fait augmenter la demande. L'application la plus courante est la construction d'immeubles de hauteur moyenne pour les immeubles r\u00e9sidentiels, les \u00e9coles et les h\u00f4pitaux. La vitesse de production et la dur\u00e9e de montage plus courte sont les raisons de la pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence.<\/p>

Certains des principaux avantages peuvent \u00eatre \u00e9num\u00e9r\u00e9s comme suit\u00a0:
\u2013 Moins de consommation d\u2019acier par unit\u00e9 de surface.
\u2013 Contr\u00f4le sans effort de la qualit\u00e9 de la production.
\u2013 Temps d\u2019\u00e9rection plus court.
\u2013 Rapport r\u00e9sistance\/consommation d\u2019acier plus \u00e9lev\u00e9.[2]<\/p>

Industriel<\/h2>

L'acier peut \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme le mat\u00e9riau le plus rentable pour les structures industrielles [3]. Les profil\u00e9s en acier form\u00e9s \u00e0 froid peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s comme fermes pour des port\u00e9es allant jusqu'\u00e0 30-35 m. En plus des fermes \u00e0 longue port\u00e9e, il est possible de construire des entrep\u00f4ts \u00e0 courte port\u00e9e. Le probl\u00e8me critique dans les b\u00e2timents industriels est de pr\u00eater attention aux conditions de contreventement car les profil\u00e9s sont minces dans les structures en acier form\u00e9es \u00e0 froid et susceptibles de se d\u00e9former globalement et localement.<\/p>

Outre les principaux \u00e9l\u00e9ments structurels, des \u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00e0 parois minces peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s comme profils secondaires dans les b\u00e2timents industriels, tels que les pannes, les entretoises et les murs pignons.<\/p>

\u00c9nergie solaire<\/h2>

Les profil\u00e9s en C, Z et om\u00e9ga (chapeau) sont tr\u00e8s utilis\u00e9s dans les structures solaires en acier. Les processus de conception et de production peuvent \u00eatre acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9s gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des machines de formage par laminage enti\u00e8rement automatis\u00e9es. Les centrales solaires sont soumises \u00e0 des conditions atmosph\u00e9riques difficiles. Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments en acier form\u00e9s \u00e0 froid conviennent aux profil\u00e9s galvanis\u00e9s \u00e0 chaud et peuvent \u00eatre la meilleure solution pour les structures dont les \u00e9l\u00e9ments sont ouverts \u00e0 l'air en permanence. La gamme d'\u00e9paisseurs s'\u00e9tend de 0,8 mm \u00e0 4,0 mm, couvrant les exigences habituelles des structures de centrales solaires.<\/p>
