Diff\u00e9rents mat\u00e9riaux de rev\u00eatement peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s pour plus de r\u00e9sistance, mais les mat\u00e9riaux \u00e0 base de bois et les plaques de pl\u00e2tre sont largement utilis\u00e9s ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.<\/p><p>Les ossatures CFS pour panneaux muraux peuvent \u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9es sur place ou pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9es en usine. Les programmes informatiques sont largement utilis\u00e9s pour la conception et la fabrication de b\u00e2timents CFSF. Structure CFS typique<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">La forme de fondation la plus courante utilis\u00e9e pour les b\u00e2timents CFSF est une fondation sur radier semblable \u00e0 celle illustr\u00e9e \u00e0 la figure 1.2. Apr\u00e8s la construction de la fondation, les ossatures murales assembl\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 reli\u00e9es \u00e0 la dalle de fondation par des connecteurs de tension et de cisaillement. Connexion du panneau mural \u00e0 la fondation<\/p><p>L'application des panneaux de rev\u00eatement commence g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement apr\u00e8s la mise en place de tous les cadres en acier form\u00e9 \u00e0 froid (CFS). La plupart des panneaux de rev\u00eatement utilis\u00e9s dans la construction \u00e0 ossature en acier form\u00e9 \u00e0 froid (CFSF) ont une rigidit\u00e9 au cisaillement diff\u00e9rente dans deux directions orthogonales. Par cons\u00e9quent, la r\u00e9sistance au cisaillement des panneaux muraux CFS d\u00e9pend du fait que les panneaux de rev\u00eatement ont \u00e9t\u00e9 fix\u00e9s sur des cadres CFS dans l'orientation horizontale ou verticale. Un exemple de panneaux \u00e0 rev\u00eatement en panneaux \u00e0 copeaux orient\u00e9s (OSB) plac\u00e9s dans une orientation verticale est illustr\u00e9 \u00e0 la Fig. 4.
