La sp\u00e9cification nord-am\u00e9ricaine AISI contient des dispositions au chapitre J pour les assemblages soud\u00e9s, boulonn\u00e9s, viss\u00e9s et \u00e0 fixation \u00e0 commande \u00e9lectrique, qui sont les plus couramment utilis\u00e9s [1]. Mais \u00e0 la base, les structures en acier form\u00e9es \u00e0 froid sont compos\u00e9es de microstructures appel\u00e9es panneaux. Ces panneaux sont construits avec des profils individuels reli\u00e9s les uns aux autres. La mani\u00e8re la plus courante de relier les profils pour fabriquer un panneau en acier form\u00e9 \u00e0 froid est d'utiliser des vis ou des rivets.<\/p><p>Fran\u00e7ais En comparaison avec les profil\u00e9s lamin\u00e9s \u00e0 chaud, le comportement des assemblages en acier form\u00e9 \u00e0 froid est influenc\u00e9 par la rigidit\u00e9 r\u00e9duite des parois minces. Par cons\u00e9quent, des effets suppl\u00e9mentaires sont, par exemple, le basculement (Fig.1) de l'\u00e9l\u00e9ment de fixation dans le trou de rupture sous l'effet de la d\u00e9formation de cisaillement de la t\u00f4le lorsque l'\u00e9l\u00e9ment de fixation est charg\u00e9 en tension et que la t\u00f4le est tir\u00e9e sur la t\u00eate de l'\u00e9l\u00e9ment de fixation. C'est la raison pour laquelle des technologies sp\u00e9cifiques et des proc\u00e9dures de conception associ\u00e9es, soit par calcul, soit par calcul assist\u00e9 par des essais, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es pour les structures en acier form\u00e9es \u00e0 froid [2]. Les modes de d\u00e9faillance des assemblages viss\u00e9s en cisaillement sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement similaires aux assemblages boulonn\u00e9s ordinaires en acier lamin\u00e9 \u00e0 chaud. Cependant, en raison du fait que les mat\u00e9riaux connect\u00e9s sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement minces (ou au moins l'une des pi\u00e8ces connect\u00e9es est mince), ils ne se rompent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas en cisaillement. Inclinaison de la vis [2]<\/p><p>La m\u00e9thode classique consiste \u00e0 croiser les profil\u00e9s primaires en forme de C avec rebord et une section en C sans rebord ou une piste des deux brides (Fig. 2). Il faut utiliser au moins une vis ou un rivet par bride. Dans certains cas, la quantit\u00e9 de vis peut \u00eatre augment\u00e9e si une plus grande r\u00e9sistance est requise.
