Spoiny, \u015bruby, nity na zimno, \u015bruby, \u0142\u0105czniki mechaniczne i inne specjalne urz\u0105dzenia, takie jak szwy metalowe i kleje, s\u0105 zazwyczaj stosowane w po\u0142\u0105czeniach stali formowanej na zimno. Specyfikacja p\u00f3\u0142nocnoameryka\u0144ska AISI zawiera przepisy w rozdziale J dotycz\u0105ce po\u0142\u0105cze\u0144 spawanych, \u015brubowych, \u015brubowych i \u0142\u0105cznik\u00f3w mechanicznych, kt\u00f3re s\u0105 najcz\u0119\u015bciej stosowane [1]. Jednak w swojej podstawie konstrukcje stalowe formowane na zimno sk\u0142adaj\u0105 si\u0119 z mikrostruktur zwanych panelami.
