Genel<\/h2>

So\u011fuk \u015fekillendirilmi\u015f \u00e7elik \u00e7er\u00e7eveli in\u015faat i\u015finde kullan\u0131lan iki tip makas vard\u0131r. Bunlardan biri AISI S240'da tan\u0131mlanan kafes kiri\u015ftir. Bu kafes elemanlar\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn a\u011flar\u0131ndan ba\u011flan\u0131r. \u0130kincisi ise flan\u015flar\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan ba\u011flant\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130lk tip kafes kiri\u015f AISI'da tan\u0131mlan\u0131r ve y\u00f6nlendirilir. Ancak di\u011fer tip kafes kiri\u015f (\u015eekil 1'de) herhangi bir standartta do\u011frudan tan\u0131mlanmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Daha az rehberli\u011fe ra\u011fmen flan\u015f kafesleri i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda yayg\u0131n olarak kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>

Yap\u0131sal Modeller<\/h2>

\u00dcretim teknikleri ve birle\u015fim noktalar\u0131ndaki dar bo\u015fluklar nedeniyle eksantriklikler meydana gelir ve bunlar ek e\u011filme momentleri ve ikinci dereceden etkiler yarat\u0131r. Ancak birle\u015fim yerlerinde d\u00f6rt veya daha fazla vida kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 durumunda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck seviyeli y\u00fcklerde sa\u011flaml\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli bir fark g\u00f6r\u00fclmemektedir. \u00d6rne\u011fin yap\u0131sal model tek d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm noktas\u0131yla olu\u015fturulabilece\u011fi gibi konut yap\u0131lar\u0131nda 5 veya 6 metre net a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131\u011fa kadar d\u00f6\u015feme kiri\u015flerinde de kullan\u0131labilmektedir. Akor elemanlar\u0131, b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn dudak k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131ran ve k\u00f6\u015fegenlerin akorlar\u0131n i\u00e7ine s\u0131\u011fabilece\u011fi ba\u011flant\u0131 noktalar\u0131nda dudak kesimine tabi tutulur. Bu i\u015flem do\u011fal olarak akor elemanlar\u0131n\u0131n kuvvetinde azalmaya neden olur. Ancak bu i\u015flem lokal olarak uygulanmakta ve ba\u011flant\u0131larda daha karma\u015f\u0131k bir mekanizma olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r.
